Construction Update

Happy Labor Day Weekend!

We stopped by the new store yesterday (shocking, I know) and saw the incredible progress the construction team is making. Our incredibly friendly electricians were working late to finish the roughing in of all the electrical and the plumber has finished his rough-in as well. Inspections have been called for today (Friday, Aug 29th.) If all goes well we will be able to close in the walls next week and start the final stage of floating and sanding the walls, painting and finishing the floors! It is VERY exciting!

We've spent 4 months ordering merchandise for the store, Tony has been great about posting some of it on the blog to whet your apetites. All that merchandise should start being delivered next week to the studio in Deep Ellum so we can get it ready to move in once we "get the keys" to the new place. That which was, for so long, so far away seems to be coming at us like a freight train! Where has the time gone??

Please have the safest and most enjoyable weekend!

David
